Drop-off is between the hour of 8:00 am and 9:00 am at Florence Animal Hospital unless approved by the groomer. Late drop-offs after 9:00 am are subject to a late fee of $15 if still accepted by the groomer. If able, please call to inform the groomer of a late drop off to better work you into the schedule, any drop off after 9:15 am with no call will be considered a no-show and be rescheduled. Three no-call/no-shows within 6 months will require a $25 deposit before booking future appointments.

Pick-up is between the hours of 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. The groomer will call or text you between those hours to schedule a pickup time. Any late pick-up is subject to a boarding fee of $45 unless otherwise discussed with staff.

Payment is to be made at the time of service, we do not offer payment plans for grooming. During check-in with the groomer we can assess what services will need to be performed and provide you with an estimate.

Pre-booking appointments is the best way to ensure your dog has a spot on our books, however, after one missed appointment without rescheduling will result in all future grooming appointments being canceled.

Dogs with fleas and ticks will automatically be charged an additional $8 for flea and tick shampoo. Future flea and tick prevention can be purchased through the clinic at pick up but may be subject to an exam fee.

Matted dogs will be required to sign an additional waiver stating that the owner is aware of the potential risks involved. Matted dogs will also be charged an additional $10 per 15 minutes of de-matting, including shave-downs. The groomer and the Florence Animal Hospital are not liable for any damage done to the skin or coat due to matting.

Dogs who require sedation for grooming must be up to date with an exam performed by a Florence Animal Hospital veterinarian to ensure that it is safe to do so. This will require an exam fee if they have not been seen by us within a year prior to grooming.

If you are unhappy with your groom, please reach out to the groomer as soon as possible and they will be happy to schedule a time to fix it accordingly, this does not apply to matted shave-downs.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to speak with the groomer, if they are working on a pet please leave your name and number and they will reach out to you as soon as possible to speak with you.
